Jed Norgaarden has over 25 years of experience in strategy, finance, operations, and performance improvement. Mr. Norgaarden has been a President, CFO, Interim Sr. Executive and worked on Wall Street.

Mr. Norgaarden started his career at American Express Financial Advisors where he led major marketing studies in corporate strategy, new product development, advertising effectiveness, and market segmentation. Mr. Norgaarden also spent several years on Wall Street as a V.P. in the Capital Markets Division of Shearson-Lehman-Hutton. Also, as a former Financial Officer at agribusiness giant Cargill, he has experience in treasury functions, corporate finance, and international operations.

Mr. Norgaarden leverages his expertise to provide client value in both growing, as well as “slow-growth”, businesses. One such business he ran as president for 5 years. He frequently works side-by-side with management to jointly determine what needs to be done to improve performance, and then takes a hands-on role in getting transformation implemented.

Mr. Norgaarden has a BA in Economics and Religion from St. Olaf College in Northfield Minnesota, and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
